I had a potential job in which a short film (live action) needed a CG ant character. It had to be reasonably realistic, and this was my first example of what I could offer. The geometry is much too simple but the shading of it matched very closely to the reference photos. The carpet is CG also by the way. Unfortunately someone else got the job! Someone from a studio no-one's ever heard of...what was it...oh Animal Logic. Hehe.
